Prolonging after death mechs
Today as a melee character player, I have managed to kill Trial Of Sekhemas last boss for my 4th ascendancy point. After boss got killed mechanics did not stop and hit me around 400 Honor which I shouldn't be loosing because of honour resist relics, after getting frozen and even tho I kill the boss I have got no reward because I failed the honour mechanic. This has to stop. It kill all the joy a rpg can give you. There is no challange in it. The challange was killing the boss and all point and dopamine comes from the accomplishment of overcoming that challange. You guys are missing the whole point of it. Please, please stop focusing on death mechanics on your future design routes. If I manage to overcome a challange give me my reward. Insta end that fight action so I can relax after a minutes of focusing. Thats literally no sense to loose all the joy for such a bad decision. That my favourite company shouldn't be missing out since for a long time people was speaking about the nonsense of this features but you managed to put every nonsense on death, prolonging ground explosions, prolonging boss death mechanics in game. Whats the point? You want a frustrated player ? How many frustration can be managed in a game? Why would a new player continue playing the game after this frustration ? I want to understand but I can not. It has zero sense. Very very bad decision for such a game. In maps It can be tolerated but in events like takes too much of your time its not.
