Health bar colors for bosses/rares/uniques/etc

All the classes of mobs need different colour healthbars. When you enter a fight with a pack of 30 mobs, it's impossible to know if one of them is an "elite" mob without first killing everything, or seeing one of its mods go off and go "oh shit that's an elite"

What we need is a healthbar color for each mob type. Blue for blues, yellow for yellows, and gold for bosses... or something. That way, we'll know we're fighting something more powerful *before* it rams a mob up our ass and twists.
