Boss has hp regen

the Hunin twin boss has hp regen i think this is a random buff thing, but i cant kill the boss because of this it heals too quickly. im playing melee. so i would like to say please remove hp regen buffs from bosses

i managed to finally beat him after 15 minutes, my gloves had a bit of cold damage so i was able to freeze him after a long while which allowed me to keep attacking until it died
