Account stolen then banned

Hi, I logged back in again after a few years to play poe2 and just realized my account had been stolen and then banned in 2022,
I already wrote to the support asking to unban it but a few days have passed and still no answer, does anyone know if in these cases they usually end up unbanning? Cause I spent a bunch of money before quitting poe and it would be quite bad to restart without the stuff I bought. Thanks a lot and have a nice holiday. Edit: I also have proof from my steam account that the last time I played was back in may 2019, 3 years before the ban, could it help the support? Bump, i was thinking about buying an EA key to play during my holidays on a new account, does anyone know if i'll be able to transfer everything to my main once it gets unbanned?
