Hey guys,
I'm wondering if any of you has tried Drakensang Online yet ? Might be cool, while i'm waiting for this beta :D Any opinions ? |

I tried it - I didn't like it. While the gameplay isn't horrible, its nothing special either. The cash shop is also going to be ridiculous. While you do currently get free cash shop points (since its beta) it doesn't mean much imo. The most annoying thing for me was that I had to buy a cash shop item to switch channels so that I can play with my friends. Once I realized that I stopped playing.

I tried it yesterday. Interesting approach for browsers. Good time killer if you don't have games installed on the pc. Also, I must agree on the money part, it is just like any other browser game - money = WIN. More money = MORE WIN.
Will most likely never get into beta.

While the game is mediocre...the pay to win thing, is getting on my nerves. The guys at GGG are really brave for trying this ethical transactions system...I hope it pays of for them.

Well, while I'm waiting for my invitation for this game I do play Drakensang and I must admit it's fun and it has this FEELING that makes me come back to it. Also apart from animation and models it looks pretty much like D3 (for a browser based game that's impressive). I hope that in near future I will change my mind after playing Path of Exile... but you know, it can take some time.
