bought on PS5 main account (US) and play on sub account (SEA)

hi, I bought the basic game on PS5 main account which is US store and play it on sub account which is SEA (South East Asia). Then I bought the 300 points package when playing on SEA with server (SINGAPORE) and didn't get anything. Do I need to buy from main PS5 account instead in order for me to able to receive it anything?
And if I buy using main account (US store), can it be use with my characters on SEA sub account? Please advise. And I can only see my old POE1 (played under same sub account of PS5) character which is already linked with PS5 in this website. And it says that my account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now. Please advise. Thanks.
