Falsely Banned

My account IP was banned right after I logged off for some lunch and I believe it was a mistake. Would be really helpful if I could get unbanned as soon as possible. I can't wait to dive back into Poe2 again. My account name is wkb9817#4116. Thank you so much for your attention. Update: Yes I've also wrote an email. Hopefully I can get a quick response.
