No character access

I merged a POE account that was not tied to my PSN with one that was, and now I no longer have access to my level 77 monk anymore. I merged my accounts to see if that was the reason I couldn't do in game trading. When I went to character selection originally, it made me create a new character, which I did, then went back to the main screen. I clicked R3 to tab between the accounts, and when I click on the one that had my monk, nothing happens, it just refreshes the tab with the new characters loaded on it, essentially wiping my first 60~ hours of gaming.

Hopefully no one else has had this issue.

The same with me. Two accounts are merged and i can see just poe1 character. Can't delete any of the accounts, cant trade, cant control anything... and cant refund - too late
