Character/Mobs Freeze, but can open map/inventory

When playing a map - both times with Breach, had an issue where my character and all the mobs freeze. My performance graph shows that my latency is still 8ms and sending between server. I can open inventory and menu, but cannot interact with anything or use any skills. I have to force shut down my game since I cannot use the buttons on menu when pressing escape.

When I get back into game, my map is gone and all the items that I picked up while in the map in my inventory is all gone as well.

Having the same issue. Cannot get past the first town without freezing, and once there my character is frozen on relaunch.
