Support response time.

On the 7th of this month, I submitted a support ticket. About ten days later, I was asked for information regarding my account, which I sent. However, I have not received any positive or negative feedback about my issue. I am waiting for a response regarding the situation about two supporter packs purchased through Steam being loaded onto different accounts using the same email.

Your support system is an absolute nightmare and makes everything even more inefficient and slow. Changing it would be something you could do within a few hours. I even made a post about it with suggestions.

If you actually had standardized support-requests you could improve your response time a lot and even fast-solve common problems - as it is now you probably dont even know without a lot of extra work what common problems are and have to send thousands of extra mails just to get date ppl didnt send you because they didnt know you need them ...
