Locked Account with No Support Response for 10 Days

Hi GGG Team (Drew_GGG, Jeff_GGG, Novynn, ThomasK_GGG, Vash_GGG, Community_Team, M59Gar, Nichelle_GGG, JC_GGG, Cameron_GGG), and rest of the support staff

I’m posting here because I’ve received no response from support after 10 days regarding my locked account.

My account was suddenly locked after almost reaching endgame on my level 66 Monk, BlackMonkeys. My Steam ID is [Removed by Support]. I immediately emailed support about this issue, but I’ve yet to hear back — not even a "Thank you for submitting your ticket."

I understand that you’re likely dealing with a high volume of support requests right now, as I’ve seen many other players reporting similar issues on the forums. However, waiting over 10 days without any response is incredibly frustrating.

With the email server issues you’ve mentioned recently, I’m not even sure if my email was delivered. Can someone confirm that my ticket has been received?

Additionally, I would suggest that you consider temporarily lifting all automated bans and account locks until your support team has the bandwidth to properly investigate and address these cases. This would be a fair approach to avoid penalizing players unfairly due to potential false positives or delays in processing.

Could you also provide some clarity on:

Current Ticket Response Times: What is the average turnaround time right now?
Email Confirmation: How can we know if our support tickets are being received?


A little transparency and communication would go a long way in reducing the frustration for players experiencing these issues!


Please prioritize my case, along with all other automated system bans/locks, and help me regain access to my account.

yes copy and paste and we are supposed to write emails, and I have already sent 4 different emails and have not received a reply for 2 weeks... I have never experienced anything like this, poe2 is really a great game, but customer support is really terrible, badly organized, no ticket number, you can't compare with blizzard...
