shader compiling every time for ages

Hello,

I don't know if it's a bug, but on Linux (fedora 41) the steam client compile the shaders every time I launch the game, even if I just quit it a few seconds ago.
And it takes ages !

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti [Discrete]
Driver Version: 565.77
Disk where the game is installed : 404.63 GiB / 931.51 GiB (43%) (nvme)

I assume that they hardcoded a limit for the cache folder, for me it stays arround 2GB and everytime it needs to generate new stuff old files will get deleted.
