My tabs haven't transferred to PoE 2

I have more than 1 tab that I've been wanting to use since I want to participate in trade as well. I've sent an email to support already, and my steam is connected to both PoE sites. I am using the standalone client, so I think that's the reason why? Unfortunately, I am unable to download the early access on the steam client because my key is invalid now. Unsure of what to do.

We're sorry to hear you're having some issues with your Stash Tabs. Just to confirm, could you please confirm you are logging into the same Sub-Account which has the Stash Tabs purchased?
