Web site auto log out

Hi, i have an issue with the trade website where as i log in, i opt in the option to stay logged in but after 30 min/1 hour i am logged out without me doing anything. It s been doing this for may be 3/4 days. I searched for a bit but didn't find similar issues. Has anybody gotten the same issue/fixed it?

+1 so annoying... yesterday cloudfalre was constantly checking if I was human so my trade macro was broken and on top of that I keep getting logged out of the website on seemingly daily basis... Though not as often as 1 hour.

It happens to me every day at least 2 or 3 times...

connected through Steam.

I can understand if they kick everyone out every now and then to ease server load but then again I can't find any information on this.

I am having the same issue, only seems to have started happening recently.

Maybe infrastructure changes to deal with the increased load and this has caused it?

Yes, lots of us are having this issue, but GGG refuses to address it.

What's funny is if you click on Trade from this main site, it will often log you out automatically from your account.

This is not a server load issue, it's cookie/session id issue. Regardless if it's intentional or not, it's extremely annoying.

Since there is no real answer here, i tried contacting them through email. Still no response, might be because of christmas/hollydays etc. Will post more if i get any kind of response.
