Rapid equip sound crashing/freezing game on use of flask or when equipping/unequipping items.

Whenever I use a flask or equip/unequip items, a very rapid equip sound is played and slowly begins to crash the framerate down to a complete stop.

First happened when I swapped rings. I've tried removing rings, swapping flasks, etc. nothing seems to fix the issue.

Has anybody else run into this issue? Google searches have come up with nothing as far as the exact same crash/issue.

I’m having the same problem as I type this on Xbox and pc.
