poe2 leech (especially coupled with chayula monk)

one of the core aspect of chayula monk seems to be MANA LEECH

somehow there is NO actual attack leech on the tree or items, so you're forced into getting %phys leech either from gear or gems, fair.
but then, all the good skills are elemental conversion, and using the tempest bell without ailments is like casually losing 90% more damage, so simply not viable?

so you're left with no leech, no damage, and really no bitches trying to utilize one of the core mechanics of the class?

where is the vision in all of this? there can't have been one because it's not functioning at all in this stage.

otherwise, top stuff. Don't listen to the circlejerk too much but this seems glaring as there's no synergy to be seen.

I'm struggling with this as well - it seems intended to convert phys, or use a pure-ele weapon in the first place, but then there's no way to life/mana leech at all?
