Act 2 Ancient Vows Quest - Kabala Clan Relic quest item gone

Somehow i managed to delete the Kabala Clan Relic quest Item from act 2, and it is not dropping again.

When progressing on Act 2 i dropped the Kabala Clan Relic and didn't managed to drop the other half, so i just keeped it in my inventory and continued to finish the campaign. Somehow i destroyed the item from my inventory without even a confirmation message.

I went back to act 2 after finishing the campaign to finish this quest, managed to drop the Sun Clan Relic, placed it on the altar and now the quests is saying "Insert the Kabala Clan Relic"

I have cleared some act 2 zones (KETH, LOST CITY, BURIED SHRINES, DESHAR, PATH OF MOURNING, THE SPIRES OF DESHAR) multiple times and didn't managed to drop it a second time.

I don't know if i'm just unlucky or if it is impossible to drop it a second time.

Same thing happened to me. In my case I actually tried to place the Normal difficulty relic into the cruel difficulty pedestal and it disappeared at that precise moment... never to be seen again.

Same issue, I tried to use the cruel version on normal and it disappeared and it will not drop again.

Similar issue, after placing the sun clan relic I can't drop the other one and i can't pull the sun clan out to try and get it to drop

I had the piece you get from killing the titan in my inventory and was messing around with stuff in my stash before talking to Zarka. Come out of stash and it's now gone. I checked all stash tabs and redid the titan kill to no avail :(

Same. I know I had looted both, but then the Kabala one disappeared. I've been trying to farm it for a while and it hasn't dropped again. I'm fixing to give up on this one, especially since I see it hasn't re-dropped for anyone here.
