Ascent to Power is stuck on "Search Traitor's Passage" 3rd acendancy PS5

I didn't get a quest reward, just a regular Barya, and now have no way of entering for my 3rd ascendancy.I killed Balbala few times now and it still did not drop anything to proceed - quest is stuck in "search traitor's passage" in Cruel (act5).
Can't continue playing.
Stuck with "search traitor's passage".

same issue. no clear path forward twards sanctum thing. Can teleport to the sacnctum trial in act 2 but not it cruel act 2.

Yea same here. There is like 60 pages thread about it in PC forum section and its not even mention in ggg known issues thread.

I had the same issue, but it got resolved when I found a "key" with the required level. I don't remember the exact level but it was quite late I found it, in a map.

Have the Barya for 3 floors with mark that grant ascendancy, but not working still. Also have quest called: "search traitor's passage" in Cruel (act5). im 72 level now and cant access to 3rd ascendancy
