I have no doubts they know it’s a problem…these games are huge now sometimes you need to put things into the wild to see what’s good, bad, clunky and fix from there that’s why they chose EA so can they fix and make better what the community really wants

Agreed, hate that they can't be removed.
Also Artificer orbs should be boosted in drop rate. |

Remove, destroy runs, anything to allow us to replace them.
Upgrading one piece of gear that has different resistance now breaks resistance balance with the only way to fix it being replacing more gear pieces to compensate. |

At the very least we should be able to socket a new rune over the old one, destroying the old one in the process.

Not being able to remove the runes makes you not want to slot in runes and wait for the perfect runes to put into the sockets. It only serves to make it a part of the game's systems that you don't want to engage with. Destroying existing runes when we remove them at a crafting bench, should be enough.

I'd like a system where you can either destroy the runes and keep the item or keep the runes and destroy the item.
As it is my gear starts to feel like a house of cards, I have the stat requirements and resist perfectly balanced and trying to swap one thing out knocks everything over. |
