No response since December 6th regarding supporter pack transfer issue ( 3-4 email send )

I have not received any response since December 6th regarding my request to transfer the €150 supporter pack. The pack was mistakenly assigned to a newly created account (MisterDady#3966) instead of my original and main account (Petitpapa#2545), which contains all my characters, MTX, and stash tabs. I have sent multiple emails regarding this issue, and I kindly ask for assistance to resolve it. Paying for a pack at this price and not being able to use it is very frustrating.

The cause of this issue is that when I linked my Steam account to the Path of Exile website, it created a new account instead of linking to my main account. This mistake has caused all these complications, and I sincerely hope it can be resolved soon

Thank you for your response. I understand that you are handling a large number of support requests, but I am genuinely concerned as it has already been over two weeks since I sent my emails to support@grindinggear.com, and I have not received any confirmation or reply.

I’m not even sure if my emails were received correctly, which adds to my frustration about this situation. Normally, I would get responses within a few days—sometimes even on the same day back in the Path of Exile 1 days. Now, with Path of Exile 2, it feels like a completely different experience.

Could you please confirm if my request is in your queue? I would really appreciate any updates on this matter.

I also have not heard since December 6 from support (someone named Whai)
Just to taper your expectations, I'm coming up on 4 weeks myself for my issue.
