[PoE2/PS5] Atlas map legend explanations not viewable (report #4210896257)

Bugs:
- When accessing the Atlas map on a controller on PS5 the legend opens with L3, but the explanations for the words underlined with a dotted line (usually viewable with R3 in other menus) does not open.
- If the legend is opened with L3 and another menu is opened (for example the Atlas tree or the inventory to select Waystones) the legend cannot be closed with L3 while another menu is open.

Steps to repeat the bug:
- Go to the Atlas map device in the Ziggurat Refuge after completing Act 3 Cruel or open the Atlas map in the character panel on PlayStation 5.
- Click L3 to open the map legend.
- R3 does not work.
- Open Atlas tree by holding Square.
- L3 to close the legend does not work.

Expected behavior:
- With an open map legend after pressing L3, the R3 button should open the explanations/help texts for the words on the legend underlined with a dotted line.
- The map legend should close when pressing L3 while it is open on any screen.

Additional ideas:
- The information icons on PS5 (the small i-icon on various screens) don't always open and behave as expected. They are also hard to see and it is unclear which button to press to open them. A clearer button prompt should be displayed to make it clear how to open the additional information panels (for example "L3" right next to the icon).
- General menu navigation on controller is incredibly inconsistent and overlaying menus can cause various unclear changes to which button does what.

I am experiencing the same frustration, can't find this info else where :(
