[PO2] Is the Acrobatics Skill in Passive Tree Bugged.?

Hello new player here.

I tried the Acrobatics Skill bei Ranger and it looked like it is bugged. My Evasion after choosing the Passive was zero and couldn´t evade hits. Am I missing something or is it buggy currently?
