I bought Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack upgrade 13th December on your website but it has not appeared in game on my PC or any other platform linked to my account. I have sent a support email but still no response. I'm posting here because I have had no response from other communications. I have the Steam version and official launcher installed.

I have a similar problem, I bought the Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack upgrade and got all the visual skins but I didn't get 600 points for the store. I've been waiting for a reply for 2 days now.
