Physical damage resistance bugged or glitched

I'm running a lvl76 marauder/Juggernaut when I got off this previous night my damage resistance was normal 90% with 35k Armour, I haven't changed no equipment at all on my character and didn't notice anything till I started dying over and over, I've redone my whole passive tree woth the same build, reset the game, took off all equipment and put it back on, and my physical damage resistance does not break 50% at all like it's stuck, the only thing that changed is that I've changed from the megalomaniac jewel with overlord, eye to eye, and genius, to phoenix cut jewel with 12% increased damage with 2hand weapons.
