Can't access trade store

I played PoE a long time ago, bought the early access and two accounts got merged, now when I try to Trade it tells me that I must be online to direct whisper this person. When I log in to the forum and check my settings I can see that the old account is still the primary account holder and the Trade Shop doesn't register that I'm logged in on the new account. Any help?

I got the same problem. are you referring to "switch character"? i only see one character i have on poe1 no option for my poe2 characters
