Exploit Weakness / Sunder?

Does Sunder and Exploit Weakness work together, if I hit an enemy with fully broken armour? Or will it only trigger one of the two effects?

Exploit weakness looks like it says it cannot support skills that Consume Broken Armour (i.e. Sunder) so that interaction shouldn't work
