Support issues?

Its pretty crazy. I see people going on 3 weeks without a response. I get " we have alot of tickets " but damn 3 weeks+. My thought is they dont really care they got your early access money.

I know im not the one doing the job but it seems like alot of the issue are the same and should be handled in mass

Lost currency, lost access etc, shouldnt be that hard if you hire more than 1 person to process it all
