Infusion Gems still penalize other elemental Damage

The last update should have change the Infusion support gems to not have a damage penalty on other elemantals.

They still penalize dmg and the mana cost increase is not implemented yet even though it was stated in the patch notes.

It was also not adressed in the las Hotfix.
this should have been seen.
