my old email address no longer exists

I've been waiting for my answer for over 2 weeks and still haven't received it, and now my account is blocked because I have to access another location and can't play this time. send an activation code from my old email address, but it doesn't exist... I've put a lot of money into PoE 1 and 2, I'd be very happy if you took care of it immediately! It can't be that I have to wait so long for this answer...

Every time you email support again, you put yourself to the back of the queue. Don't send any more emails!

I wrote to them 3 different emails and I got an answer, they wanted to know which account and character I was using, I wrote back, still no answer

give them some time, the changes to unify accounts on different plattforms probably overloaded them.
