BUG: Blocked Area on "Apex of Filth"

But, to describe what happened:

I was on Apex of Filth to do the story quest but the path towards the boss was blocked on both sides, disabling me from even attempting to do the fight.

The bottom side had walls when it shouldn't, the map shows that there should be some bridges, but they're blocked off, while the top side is also cut off, by the walls making an X.

I was able to get around this by having a friend who is higher level use Blink on the top area to go through the blocked X, then for them to use a portal to bring me to the other side.

Just had the same issue - part of the map was not accessible
