The lost lute reward bug

Can’t trigger the reward message from Una again after I didn’t take a book in the first time.

I have the same issue. Didn't have bag space and exited sold stuff now can't get the reward 2 extra passive skill points gone now. This is cruel mode BTW for me. I'm on xbox

Here to report the same thing, standard difficulty on steam, with xbox controller if that matters.

same here, quest says speak with UNA for the reward, but she does not speak, and now the reward is gone... pls fixx this issue

just got it working, it only appears when using keyboard & mouse for some reason
if you're on xbox see if you can just plug in a set and switch control schemes.

Una's lute quest clear is not possible.
I don't have a lute, just a message in the quest window asking me to talk to you and get rewarded.
Even if I leave the party, reconnect the game, reset the checkpoint, etc., I can't find the lute, and I can't complete the quest even if I go to Una.
