How many people are currently on the support team?

Please answer two questions for me:

1.As of now, how many people are on your support team?
2.As of now, how many unresolved requests are there?

I believe it is based in India and I believe they are almost mostly untrained. I think they have at most, 5 people working on support.

I don't know this but I have come to this conclusion based on reading the few replies to emails people have copied to this forum and the names of the support agents replying to these emails. I've also seen them replying with the same response to people to a question they have already answered. They literally reply with the same message after you've waited a further 2 weeks for them to get back to you.. it appears they are not even correctly reading what people send them

This is what pisses me off the most. I lost my original email account and password from 12 years ago, so I asked them to unlink my steam account (which I should be able to do myself, but whatever), I provided all the info about my account in my email because I did not want them to have follow up questions.
And you know what ThomasC from Support wrote back?
"Have you tried getting you email account back?"

MATE COME ON! It's been two fucking weeks, the email account was 12 years old, do you really think if I had any other choice, I would've emailed you?! JUST UNLINK MY FUCKING STEAM ACCOUNT, HOW FUCKING HARD CAN THAT BE?!

Now I can wait another two weeks for him to ask another stupid question.

GGG you made like 100 million just from this EA release, can you for the love of god hire more support staff?! Get it together.
