Skeletal Warriors (Sceptre) No Longer Summoning? PS5

Since the most recent patch, the warrior minions from my sceptre no longer revive/summon. They are not listed in spirit distribution. I have tried unequipping the weapon, equipping a different sceptre, no luck. Anybody else seeing this?
