Is GGG Support Email still functional?

Nobody is getting any response from GGG Support for over 2 weeks now. Can a staff member confirm that any requests are being processed? I know that you have a lot of stuff to go though right now but peoples money and accounts are gone and they do not get any respone.
On the other side account locks happen very fast somehow..
