My gear has disappeared from the character

Hello dear GGG, today December 18th I logged into my account PoE2 via my steam, and noticed that my character was missing all the equipment, although last night it was on him! Exalted orbs also dissapeared from my stash.

2fa is enabled on my steam account and an my mail. I didn't tell anyone my password and I didn't share my account with other people. I have not used any third-party software for PoE2. I did not login using my poe 2 account on third-party sites. I checked everything and found no traces of intruders.

Could you please check where my gear has gone? I really hope for your support! I am a long-time poe player and support developers by buying support packs. I had so much fun playing poe 2 on my New Year's weekends and this situation completely devastated me. I hope you can resolve this situation and return my equipment back to me!

I also noticed today that my exalts were also gone from my stash. It is strange because no other currency or anything for that matter seems to be missing. I had all my gear still on my characters though. I would have had to accidentally vendor multiple stacks of exalts. Even my most recent trade purchases were for only 1ex so I really don't believe I would have accidentally paid a stack of 20 for them. I've never had anything like this happen, it is very strange.

I have the same issue. I finished play 12 hours ago, log in now - no equipment on my to characters and some items from stash missing to. Nobody have access to my Steam account. I cheched everything. I dont know what to do. All my 120 hours have gone.
