Characters on XBOX account and binding other email , lost everything include coins and role

I play Path of Exile 2 Standard mode on XBOX,and I think binding email for login Website,So I try use another email address binding account ,When I finished done bind email with account,Enter game on XBOX, My Character is empty...NO Characters !If I want to start , I have to start a new role... so ,I try to start a new role , my storage all empty ,but I was bought any stash bundle spent about 600 coins , So Anyone Help me Reinstate the role and stash?

I like this game very much, and the game mode fascinates me, but if there is a problem with the account binding that causes my character and the coins I spent to disappear, I will be very sad, and I will have to spend money to buy various boxes, which will add a great burden。

How can I reinstate the previous role, Help me pls...help me Reinstate the role

I have mailed the support and asked for the two accounts to be merged so that I have my characters, the tabs I bought extra AND the coins on the same account.

No reply ....ple help me Reinstate the Character and coins

I had sent email to support@grindinggear.com 4 days ago.

But there is no reply and no change on my account.

Please help to push through.

if you still dont see any characters and dont see this top right on character select screen (pic below)

Make a new character log in and then log out to character select screen and see if the above drop down menu top right (pic above) is now there if so just pick the other sub-account and you should have your chars and everything else on the other sub-account hope this helps exile

In the log in screen I found a button to switch accounts.
