The mad wolf of Ogham

There was a bug, the quest The mad wolf of Ogham cannot be completed, travel east. Because of this, the entire endgame is closed, although all 6 acts of the company have already been completed. Talking to Hooded one in the village and in the caravan does not help.Talking to other NPCs doesn't help either.

This method help me

I am at the end of Act 3 normal and while travel back to Act 1 noticed the unfinished quest. Every Reddit, every post, every "solution". Don't seem to remove the quest.
