Poe2 account banned after chat ban

Hello, Ive made joke message in chat, after that I got chat ban for 168hours, I keep playing but after 2 minutes I got my account locked so I cant login into site or game, I contacted support email 8 days ago and got answer today:

I was also banned for 24 hours of chat, but so far nothing :/
