Able to visit the burning monolith even though area is in fog of war

When exploring the map screen I noticed I could traverse into the burning monolith even though it was obscured by fog of war.

Recreate steps,

1. find the burning monolith sticking up out of the fog of war
2. Move mouse towards base of monolith
3. A popover will appear with the button "traverse"
4. Click "traverse"
5. Enter the area
6. Click on the sculpture
7. Receive "The pinnacle of flame", "ezomyte infiltration", "faridun foray", and "vaal incursion" quests



Expect to not be able to traverse into the burning monolith until the fog of war has been cleared from it.
