POE2- [Suggestion] Controller/K&M UI, movement skill recovery, chaos trial debuffs

-On k&m skill preview is not available unless weapon and attribute requirements are met. On Controller they are. I think it would be better if the same can be done for k&m.

-On k&m, attribute information isn't available on passive tree UI. On controller they are. It would be useful is that information is also available on passive tree UI for k&m.

-Currently, it looks like most movement skills/skills that reposition have an extra 1-1.5 second recovery after the active part of the move is over. This recovery makes various skills a bit harder to utilize. For engaging, that delay could mean death. For disengaging, it is generally better to dodge cancel out of the recovery.

For example, escape shot and electrocuting arrow are meant to be repositioning tools but with current recovery and enemy movement speed the player character would gain no ground. Another example, shield charge on hit would have about a second of delay before the player character can act again, which can be problematic if there are ranged enemies behind the front line. Currently this recovery can be cancelled partially with blocking but that only allows for movement, not skills/other actions.

I think it would make the gameplay feel smoother if that post-attack recovery is reduced. IF the concern is about movement skills being used to traverse too quickly, I think adding an additional cooldown for when the skill doesn't hit a target could be one way to alleviate that potential issue without negatively impacting these skills ability to reposition, engage, or disengage.

-Trial of chaos debuffs currently feel like completely randomized so it's too much based on luck whether a run succeeds. I think if the options don't have type overlap that might help players avoid particular types that they absolutely must avoid for their build to function decently. For example, ground area denial such as doom and lightning should be the same pool so if one shows up the other will not. This will at least prevent instances of bad luck where 3 similar types of debuffs show up, giving the player a worst case scenario that they can't reasonably play themselves out of.

Thank you.
