Passive Refund Bug

Everytime I try to refund passives and redo my passive skills any time i return to character selection screen it resets to my old passives.. Sometimes even when i change my maps. I rather not have to refund constantly and keep losing gold. Please help :D

EDIT: I find its beacause when you refund passives, and level up new ones in the refund screen it causes the bug, if I just refund all of them and leave the ui and level them up normally it fixes it.
