Power charges (monk)

My monk just got to cruel difficulty in the red vale and was killing just fine before recent patch. Now I can no longer generate charges on my bell, so I can't use charged staff anymore and I run out of mana using tempest flurry now. I can't respec because I haven't unlocked the hooded one and I'm basically useless now. Sucks because I put in a lot of time and effort building this guy on my own it's not some meta build. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Try picking up the 'resonance' keystone and using the 'combat frenzy' spirit gem with a less duration support for passive power charge generation every few seconds.

Put it in bug report. I don't see anything that would break it in patch notes, if anyhting it should be buffed by alot.

You can use the waypoints to go back to normal act 1-3 and respec
