Flame wall/Incinerate Synergy: Fan the Flames

I think it would be really cool and fitting if when you use incinerate into flame wall it extends the width and range of incinerate while applying the ignite as if both skills were added together. As far as I understand they do not stack their damage on a target, as they are both ignite effects and only the more powerful of the two would apply.
