Cause of Death Info on Death Screen

As a new player to POE, I have died MANY times. Something that always bothered me was that I would suddenly die and not know what caused it (especially when youre fighting a hoard of enemies).

A nice quality of life improvement would be to show the player which ailments they had at the time of death and which type of damage caused their death. Would be helpful to know what gems they need to equip.
