Omen of Dextral Alchemy doesnt work

I used Orb of Alchemy to Body armour (Expert Shaman Mantle) and had Orb of Dextral Alchemy activated. Result was 4 mod bodyarmour:
Item Class: Body Armours Rarity: Rare Foe Shroud Expert Shaman Mantle -------- Armour: 245 Energy Shield: 84 -------- Requirements: Level: 70 Str: 86 Int: 86 -------- Item Level: 75 -------- +23 to Spirit (implicit) -------- +84 to maximum Life +8 to Strength +6 to Intelligence 2.2 Life Regeneration per second I got message "Omen of Dextral Alchemy in your inventory has been consumed" in chat Last bumped on Jan 11, 2025, 4:15:06 AM

Used an Orb of Alchemy from the Chest on a Ring with an Omen of Dextral Alchemy active in my Inventar and the Ring get only 4 Affixe meanwhile the Omen was consumed: Class: Ring Rarity: Rare Hypnotic Nail Spectral Ring -------- Requirements: Level: 50 -------- Item Level: 66 -------- +10% to all Elemental Resistances (implicit) -------- +345 to Accuracy 25% increased Rarity of Items found +23% to Lightning Resistance +16% to Chaos Resistance |

" While you didn't post mods like the other two posters, looking at their posts it seemed to be working as intended? An item with 1 prefix and 3 suffixes has "the maximum number of suffix modifiers", which is what "Omen of Dextral Alchemy" guarantees. |
