Traitor Passage - no progress

After a killing the Traitor probably due to the fact that I finished her off with a skill that does not leave a corpse (lightning warp), a loot with a coin did not fall out of her and now the quest is not progressing with her. Even after I killed her several times, I still have a task to search the Traitor's passage.

Me too in act 5. No Item and Progress.

Having the same issue.. on my second character (POE1 player here) and after killing the Traitor's Passage boss.. nothing happens. Should be the elevator to the top comes to continue on, but nothing happens so you are totally stuck.
I am up to like 6-7 kills too, new zones - need help! |

" This is a quest to get ascendancy points, you don't need to search Passage or kill Balbala. You just need Djinn barya (random drop) with the correct number of trials and complete Sekhem's trial. The quest barya drops from Balbala only before the first trial run in act 2. |
