crash on boss fight doryani in black chamber ps5

As indicated by title my party me plus one to two others have had a 100% crash rate at 3/4 of the way through the fight. Have checked software for updates, no updates pending. We have hard crashed 6x with the client app abruptly closing. Always happens at the same time for each member of the party and always when others crash.
