Why does POE2 have Flask passives on the passive skill tree?

Why does POE2 have Flask passives on the passive skill tree?

- POE2 does not allow the use of 5 flasks
- POE2 does not have Utility flasks
- POE2 only allows the use of 1 Life flask and 1 Mana flask
- The goal of every POE2 player is to never use a Mana flask, ever, barring spec'ing into Mind Over Matter where the Mana flask is your oh-shit I got hit flask
- The goal of every POE2 player is to never use a Life flask barring oh-shit I got hit

With all of this, Effect Duration, Charges Gained, Increase Effect, .1 Charges per Second, Increase Life/Mana from respective Life/Mana flasks, <Insert Bonus> during any flask effect....

Who cares?

its for pathfinder and to help with mana/life sustain
The duration and effect ones are beyond me, but I did discover it's about necessary for concoction builds for the flasks and even regen.
I ignored them as I usually did in the past before this character.
