Cannot progress atlas map boss skill tree

After getting to 4/10 passive points, i am no longer being awarded more passive points. Upon completing the map with a boss, which is leveled to 79 or 80 there is no drop to gain more points, nor am i awarded the points in other ways.

I have tried to avoid culling the boss and saving the boss for last. I have disabled my item filter to make sure nothing is hidden. I have also tried to get the map level to be level 80 using different tablets with lost towers, but it seems there simply is no more points being awarded.

Edit: It would seem you need to corrupt a tier 15 map into a tier 16 map and get some other + level modifier on the atlas, in order to gain these points. I think that the last set of points are meant to be gained from the atlas quest line boss.

It would probably be better to have a bit more clear instructions on the atlas relating to acquiring these points. For example "Corrupt map to tier 16 and inflict boss node with a *modifier*".

Same issue for me. Screenshots to show that the tooltip on the tree is incorrect. 79 map boss did not drop points.

The way this works is that you get a book at 79, 80, 81, and 82 (the final 2 points for 10 total are for the questline). You only get a book once per boss level above so you cannot just do 4 boss fights of either 79 or 80 to get all of them. 81 is 15 + 2 or 16 + 1 while 82 is 16 + 2.
