"travel east bug"

Onto cruel difficulty at this point but the game is bugged and can't complete the quest "The Mad Wolf of Ogham" between act 1 and 2 in normal difficulty.
have tried every option but the text dialog has been removed from the hooded one to follow the beasts trail so i'm stuck with this incomplete quest from act 1 normal difficulty

same here and cannot progress to endgame because it prompt me saying main questline is not finished

Getting the same error while in Act 2.
